This machine is suitable for mixing dry powder material and granular materials in pharmacy, chemical industry, food, fodder, pottery, metallurgy, etc.
This machine is composed of two asymmetric stainless steel cylinder, materials will do vertical and horizontal direction flowing, the degree of homogeneity can achieve above 99%. It adopts manual feeding materials and full-enclosed disc valve materials discharge. There is no mechanical compression and strong friction, so it can maintain the intact of granular materials. The mixing barrel is made of stainless steel, which do not pollute the materials. In addition, this machine is equipped with timing device that can control the mixing time.
It is easy-operated and evenly mixed. The feeding is convenient for load and discharges with turn cap and turn valve. The cylinder is an asymmetric one, made with stainless steel, fine-polished, no dead angle and easy for clean.
Working principle:
The mixer cylinder is an asymmetric V-Shape. On the top there is a quick open turn cap for feeding. And there is a turn valve on the bottom for discharge.
Feeding on the top, then turn the quick open handle. Set the mixing time on time relay, then "start", the mixing cylinder will rotating by axes. The materials are evenly mixed in the V cylinder, and will stop mixing upon time due. Press "Start"/"On" and "Stop"/"Off" button, so the discharge valve will face downwards for discharge.
